The land was gifted by Houghtons Bush Farm. Peaceful and private, the camp is set in an area of native forest about two kilometres inland from Muriwai Beach in West Auckland.
Purpose
Houghton's Bush Camp has been operating in the community for over 50 years.
We believe in the importance of providing an affordable and inclusive outdoor camping experience to enrich the lives of young New Zealanders and the wider community.
Availability
Houghton's Bush Camp is available to any group willing to accept the terms and conditions of use.
Bookings are essential and exclusive access is granted for the time of your stay.

Ownership
Camp is owned and operated by the Presbyterian Church of Aotearoa New Zealand, and its services are administered by a board of volunteers. Camp management is provided by an onsite custodian. Houghton's Bush Presbyterian Camp Charitable Trust (registered charity CC53084) - GST #118-940-156
